Exciting News!
I'm so happy and excited these days. As I refine my life toolkit, I want to share my findings with other people.
Right now, the programs, concepts, and exact plans that are working for me in the health/fitness area are as follows:
Valerie Waters program - Red Carpet Ready, I want my bikini body, and unreleased transformation system. She's the one who turned me on to Clean Eating.
Clean Eating - This has transformed my whole relationship and idea about food.
Pilates - A specific combination of pilates on the reformer and pilates on the mat.
Visualization & Success Principles - found reading Jack Canfield and others.
These are just some of the ways I'm getting healthier and feeling better and better about myself.

The Kitchen Cleanse
I did a new kitchen cleanse the other day - that's why everything looks so bare! I don't hold anything back here, so you can see what I do and don't eat. I guess I should have included my cupboards...I'll do that tomorrow for you, so know what's lurking inside!
Today's weigh in was absolutely incredible: 121 lbs. What? I'm not trying to lose weight now. I honestly am not. I am totally focused on eating enough protein and food to fuel my workouts. I want to build muscle and be stronger -- visibly stronger by September 25. :) I want to be the epitome of an Action Hero Babe. Mommy by Day. Action Hero By Night.

Ok, So I'm finally get this going! I figured I would start off with a video I just did about making this transformation. It has so much to do with the RCR program but I took it a step further to really transform my life by incorporating pilates and other goal setting techniques.
